Exercise Demonstration Kettlebell Swings

So I’m trying to do a 30 day kettlebell challenge to try and work my way up to 100 rep kettlebell sets. I broke out the 36lb KB and holy crap I felt it most in my grips. Its going to be a long road but I can already tell that I’m going to be happy with the performance results.  The goal is to try to work on my hip drive and grip strength for BJJ and just do some fun cardio that doesn’t aggravate my already fucked up feet.
