Last night I came across a YouTube Short claiming that after just seven days of doing 50 sit ups or chrunches as they called it a day, at day 7 your body starts learning/ relying more on your core instead of your lower back. Whether that’s true or not… I’m curious.

I have no idea.. but it definitely made me curious enough to try it for myself.

I’ve been consistent with my push ups and hikes these past couple of months, but I’ve definitely been slacking on sit ups. So i’m now on day 2, I’m doing 50 sit ups every day for the next 30 days.

It’s only 50. It’s only a month. Best case, I build a stronger core.
