I didn’t take a picture of the finished product because I tossed it in my ugly blender bottle for the road, but I made a super yummy peanut butter smoothie/protein shake to tide me over till lunch! It was so so so good. I didn’t need a ton of protein to meet my macro goals for today, but you could easily add protein powder as well. Used my milk frother to blend it and put it over ice! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I did one cup of almond milk, two tablespoons of PBFit, one scoop of @nowketo MCT oil and ten drops of vanilla stevia. It was perfect! The MCT oil really has kept my energy levels ups and my mind clear.
