See some neat pics➡️ I have been utlizaing my intermittent fasting knowledge/experience and exogenous ketones to take some major fasted bike rides, did 75 miles over 4 bike rides in one week! And they are all fasted and ive been using my raw fermented Prüvit packs (powdered ketones). The endurance I have built with cycling has been amazing, NEVER thought I could bike 19 miles in 85 minutes! Being fasted during it truly makes a difference - less glucose to burn through (burning glucose sucks and tou feel fatigued during it). So, its all clean ketones being quickly absorbed to keep me going so long. So weird talking about this, because most of the population has no idea what I'm talking about.... Its hard to explain the "high" one can get from physical exercise, especially fued by ketones. I use exercise as a tool for my mental health, but ive definitely broken my plateaue AND realized how metabolically flexible I am these days (insulin sensitive - which is a good thing). Being able to perform better and longer blows my mind. And I feel grateful.. 🤙 P. S.
