And with that, the all of the nonland cards have been drawn for my tempest hawk deck. The land cards will be drawn from next week onwards, as I wanted to get, at most, the nonland stuff done ready for a commander day at a friend's place.
And as a little extra, I drew the pigeon lady from Home Alone 2 as an alternate art piece for the commander. Fun fact, while she remained nameless in the final film, in the original script she was called Annie.
so my school decided to change the names of the house colours it used it be: red: kakatiya blue: maurya yellow: chalukya green: pandya
they're names of old indian dynasties, why they picked that, i do not know i'm in the green house btw
so we were like super enthusiastic that we were going to have new names, and they were going to be birds, specifically ones that prey on animals. they asked us to tell them a few options that we would prefer for each colour and we submitted it as red falcons, blue ravens, yellow hawks, and blue eagles, which i thought seemed pretty fair
well day of the announcement this is what we get: red: falcon blue: hawk yellow: eagle green: KESTRAL
WHAT EVEN IS A KESTRAL WHY DO I BELONG TO THE KESTRAL HOUSE i heard it as cholestrol at first then cortisol then castor oil
what even.
so now our whole house is going to boycott that name also no one wants to be vice captain anymore bcz what even is a KESTRAL
