so genuinely the last thing i wrote was shat out in three hours in a hospital room because of one stupid opening line my brain supplied me with and written on my phone. the only research i did was trying to figure out how far one could get from Somewhere On The East Coast (wherever hannibal’s glass house bullshit from the finale was) on a boat in like twenty hours and even then i handwaved the hell out of it. whole new fandom, and a gen rated fic which i’ve never written in my life! a total departure from everything ive written before was the only way i could get myself to write. also i wanna be will graham so hard it bled over into actual writing which is fucked
