Learned that you can catch Alpha Pals via fishing. Just need to watch out for sparkly silhouettes in the water!

Also liking that there's a different pose for your character for each Pal caught by fishing rod. This Kelpsea looks like it's exhausted from its little battle against me.

Kelpsea, the horse pokemon. Water/Grass.

HOLY CRAP YOU GUYS I DREW AN ACTUAL THING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN LITERALLY FOREVER.

Meet Kelpsea, my first lil Octoling! She’s a bio-luminescent octopus from the Canyon who’s gained the self confidence to come play Turf in the Square when she saw Marina on TV and how loved she was. She wants to make tons of Inkling friends, but gets so nervous and caught up in wanting to impress the cool kids that she can’t speak very well!  She’ll get better at it in time.

Little Octarian concept I doodled a few weeks before Sploot2 came out. She needs an actual in game outfit still, so I’m gonna explore that as I level up.
