A grip-o’labor recently; dumped the sediment from my #ipa #beer, #kegged it and am #drinking it now. It’s #goodaf. I also bottled my Brett sour ipa; which was uber laborious. The work day lasted about 5 SOLID hours; but in the end, it was with it because it’s done AND I’m inching towards my #goals. These two beers will go to the #nationalhomebrewcompetition.
