A season a day keeps the social life away.

I know recovery isn't linear and that what might feel like a relapse is still progress when seen in relation to where I started from, but it still is so frustrating when you've been stable for months and then suddenly the sky seems to break down over your head for four weeks straight and if you're not feeling miserable you're numb. Especially when the time where you've been stable was just that, a time you've been stable. It wasn't great I wasn't feeling good or particularly happy, I was just stable and could cope. So enduring this immense pain again and literally not knowing where to put it crashing down night after night again just so I can pull myself out of it again to be merely stable doesn't seem worth it.
