SO YALL REMEMBER HOW ZEXAL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DUBBED BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN 4KIDS? WELL.

Johnny said his band Eyeshine was asked to submit an opening for this dub! And here it is! “Never Give Up” would have been such a good intro! AHH!Can yall imagine? Not only would we have a faithful dub but the voice actor of Yuma was gonna sing the OP & they would have kept his catchphrase Kattobingu! QuQ

“Back when I did the lead voice on Yugioh Zexal (the version that NOBODY saw, the 4kids version aired instead of ours) my previous band Eyeshine was asked to submit an intro song. We were on tour at the time and our ability to record and mix was limited to iPad's and Garageband. So it's a little rough but you get the idea. Oh and this happened to be the same weekend we were robbed in Miami (but that's a whole different story). If you want to see more of OUR version of Yugioh Zexal, stay tuned.... oh and “Kattobing” was a made up catch phrase the original Japanese character would say.
