Hi loves, It’s finally time to open the doors and share where our little family has been settling in. Ivory Lane isn’t just a build - it’s become our sanctuary, a place that feels grounded, lived-in, and full of quiet moments.

I had the absolute joy of working with the visionary @katesimblr, who helped bring this home to life with such intention and soul. Ivory Lane is all about contrast: old-money elegance softened by real family living. Think deep burgundy tones in the kitchen, layered gardens that feel timeless rather than perfect, and spaces that invite routine instead of performance.

From the soaring two-story dining room and grand staircase to cozy corners where toys are left exactly where they should be, this house reveals itself slowly. Upstairs, the mood softens even more - family bedrooms, shared spaces, and Theo’s whimsical underwater world all connected in a way that feels natural and warm.

“About You”—A London Moment

Setting: Autumn in London. The street glows in amber light. Leaves swirl in the wind, and a taxi idles nearby, its sign flickering. The world hums—busy, alive—but in this frame, time slows down.

Soundtrack: 🎵 The1975—“About You” (instrumental intro) plays faintly under the noise of the street.

EXT. CITY STREET—LATE AFTERNOON

The wind picks up. Leaves dance between two figures standing face-to-face.

PHAERA—bundled in a red sweater and scarf, her breath visible in the cool air. MAX—in a beige trench coat, phone still in his hand from a business call.

(The phone buzzes once more. He doesn’t answer.)

Phaera’s eyes widen—recognition hits before words do.

PHAERA (quietly, almost to herself) …Max?

MAX (softly) Phaera.

(A faint smile—disbelief, nostalgia. Wind carries fallen leaves between them.)

They stand a foot apart. Neither moves. The city blurs behind them: cars, taxis, laughter—all muffled under the music.

MAX I wasn’t— (pauses) I didn’t think I’d see you here.

PHAERA No one ever does.

(She smiles, just barely. He slips his phone into his pocket.)

A red taxi sign flickers. A gust of wind scatters more leaves, brushing past their coats.

MAX Business trip. Just landed this morning. (pauses, searching her face) You live here now?

PHAERA Sometimes. When I’m trying to remember who I wanted to be.

(He looks at her, caught between wanting to say something and knowing he shouldn’t.)

The distance between them seems smaller now. The sound of traffic fades—all that’s left is music and breath.

🎵 Do you think I have forgotten… about you?

(The line echoes faintly through the air, as if the city itself is singing it.)

PHAERA You should get going. You’ll miss your call.

MAX Yeah.

(But he doesn’t move.)

They stand surrounded by swirling leaves, his hand half-lifted like he almost says goodbye but doesn’t. A taxi door opens behind him—the driver waiting.

MAX I’ll see you around.

PHAERA Maybe.

(He steps back, turns—but looks once more over his shoulder. She’s still there, watching, but already fading into the crowd.)

Permapaywall builders are just some of the worst. They often paywall other creators content without their permission and just have this very bizarre attitude like we can’t find builds just as good on the gallery or from compliant creators like @beansbuilds or @catsaar.

Although according to this which was probably posted after your ask she has addressed EAs statement and it sounds like she will be making some changes and releasing some builds to the public. Also she is using the classic “reasonable time frame” sound byte.

What is frustrating about these paywall creators is time and time again they say that this is a new policy. It’s not. And we know every paywall creator is aware of that because their comments usually have at least one or two people telling them that. It’s strange that people wouldn’t take the time to read the TOS of the company they are profiting off of and we have to wonder if this sudden change of tone from creators is because now we finally have a reporting function and EA is finally saying they will take some responsibility for mods.

The Banyan Jungle Retreat

A hidden jungle resort in Selvadorada inspired by luxury glamping, tropical retreats and slower living surrounded by nature.

Seven individual bungalow-style accommodations are connected through dense greenery, soft walking paths and open communal spaces with pools, lounge areas, wellness spaces and outdoor dining.

The atmosphere feels warm, private and deeply connected to the jungle surroundings.

Calico Tennis Club

A coastal tennis club in Tartosa, shaped by sun, structure and a quiet sense of elegance.

Outdoor courts framed by cypress trees, soft seating areas and balconies overlooking the game create a space that feels social without being loud. Inside, the atmosphere becomes more private, with a lounge, bar and indoor court completing the setting.
