I am so incredibly excited to finally share this build with you. Bringing a new Sim into the world is such a huge milestone, so I wanted to create a highly realistic, yet beautifully cozy Maternity & Birth Room that feels like a luxury private hospital suite.

To give you the perfect setup for your storyline, I have created one base room layout with two distinct color swatches: a serene minty-blue theme for a baby boy and a soft rose-pink theme for a baby girl.

✨ What’s Included in This Suite:

State-of-the-Art Medical Gear: Fully equipped with an adjustable hospital birth bed, IV stands, functional-looking vitals monitors, a wall-mounted infant changing station, and a digital bassinet/warmer station setup.

The "Boy" Swatch Suite: Features a soft teal/mint palette, patterned blankets, a playful sun-and-cloud balloon backdrop, and a matching teal birthing ball.

The "Girl" Swatch Suite: Features a dusty rose palette, elegant heart-shaped balloons, gorgeous floral arrangements, and a matching pink birthing ball.
