Eduard was beaming with excitement as he arrived at Tino’s place. It felt like ages when they last saw each other, even longer since they last did anything together. When he texted him to make some sweets together, there was no hesitation. As if he was going to turn down a chance to have some fun with his best friend and brother!

He packed a simple-looking reusable bag with a few goodies, namely some chocolate chips, a few small jars of home-made jams in various flavours, and some almonds. He had packed a few other sweets as well, not for baking with, but simply as a gift for the Finn, who he recalled loved Estonian candies.

Eduard was family so he didn’t wait for Tino to come and open up after he rang the bell. He simply let himself in, but not before taking a peek inside first.
