The small kiss definitely wasn’t something he expected. He wasn’t very close to the Fin and they didn’t hang around that regularly except for the time Francis taught him how to bake. The kiss was not exactly the worst thing; he could have punched him in the face instead and Francis most certainty preferred a kiss over a beating. Despite being a little taken aback he allowed the other to give him the kiss and pull away and replied to the gesture with a kind, if not somewhat confused smile.

Tino slipped through the door and stood in front of Francis with a large grin on his face, his head tilted slightly to the side and his cheeks dusted with light pink. He hummed and nodded. “Perhaps.” He grinned, his white teeth showing between his thin lips.

He began to follow the Frenchman upstairs, staying close behind him as to not to seem like he was trailing behind or being nosey. “Kittos Ranska.” He hummed again.

They arrived at the other nations kitchen and Tino tusked under his breath, chuckling to himself. Yes, his kitchen was better. He sighed happily, he was really rather excited to see Francis’ kitchen.

Francis only looked back momentarily when the younger male hummed something which was, to Francis’ understanding, most likely Finnish and thus not understandable to him. He figured Tino simply offered him a thanks and walked on to the kitchen. “I should welcome you into ym home- not too big but that is almost impossible these days living in au coeur de Paris“ He immediately dove into his kitchen to find if he had the right ingrediants- and enough- to make the croissants Tino wished to take home.

“Are you making them to practice now or will you be giving them to someone special?”

he asked, a wide cocky grin spreading across pale lips. He was always a little curious when people asked him to teach them to cook. Sure, he had taught several people at times and only for some it was because they wanted to give someone something special.

[He didn’t expect any visitors so soon as was very much surprised to be greeted by adorable violet eyes and a sweet smile. If he didn’t expect any visitors he definitely didn’t expect any Nordic to show up at his door. He returned the smile when the other asked him if Francis would teach him how to bake croissants]

Bonjour Tino, what an unexpected surprise- and lovely request. Please come in, of course I want to teach you how to make spécialités françaises
