Wow is all we can say about this #negroniweek cocktail from Portland. @RenataPDX has been serving the amazing Bruciato this week: an equal-parts combo of @beefeatergin, Cocchi Torino and Campari. They add hot embers from their wood-fired oven into the Negroni base for a little smoky flavor, and then they wash the mixture with olive oil and refrigerate overnight. Once it's filtered, they stir the drink with ice and strain it over a large cube and garnish with a seared orange slice. So good.
