Today’s Aperitivo is inspired by the upcoming Tales of the Cocktail event down in New Orleans (Hurricane Barry sucks!!) and last week’s drink (Trinidad Sour) : The New Orleans Sour. 1.5 oz - Peychaud’s Bitters 3/4 oz - Star Anise Simple Syrup 3/4 oz - Lemon Juice 1/2 oz - aquafaba 1/2 oz - Rye Whiskey -Dry shake aquafaba, lemon juice and simple syrup for 15-20 seconds.
