as for the prior GUI alternative, that method fails without even reporting the error. (i tried it for science!)

XFCE my beloved

-Web browser shouldn’t allowed to take up 10GB of RAM just because it’s here.

-Processes shouldn’t be allowed to take up enough processor % to stall the system.

-Start menu shouldn’t take up 30 seconds to react.

-Not making a sound system that introduces latency and makes sound quality worse, uses processor and introduces all sorts of problems a default.
