A Jupiter 6 with dead voices, setting up the scope on TP1 you can see the trigger voltages being sent out to the voices, as you press a note it triggers each voice in sequence, it is fairly easy to determine from here that the CVs are working ok. as voices C and D were gone it looked like it may be a common bottleneck that they were both going through, off to TP2 shows the the VCO’s are all ok. going to the 2nd VCA the fault appears, from there it was traced back to the first VCA IC50 C and D CEM3360, now socketed for any future servicing.
