A succulent and flavorful Keto-friendly pork tenderloin cooked low and slow in a crockpot with a tangy balsamic glaze.
Ingredients: 2 lbs pork tenderloin. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. 1/4 cup olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried rosemary. 1 tsp dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Place pork tenderloin in a crockpot and pour the balsamic mixture over it, ensuring it's evenly coated. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until pork is tender and cooked through. Once done, remove pork from the crockpot and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot, garnished with extra balsamic glaze if desired.
