"The white wolf"/ "The lion knight" or "The lion of the Austrias"
The whole relationship of Jon & Ghost and Juan & Austria:
Jon saw red eyes staring up at him. "Hungry again?" he asked. There was still half a honeyed chicken in the center of the table. Jon reached out to tear off a leg, then had a better idea. He knifed the bird whole and let the carcass slide to the floor between his legs. Ghost ripped into it in savage silence. His brothers and sisters had not been permitted to bring their wolves to the banquet, but there were more curs than Jon could count at this end of the hall, and no one had said a word about his pup. He told himself he was fortunate in that too.
The dwarf dusted himself off and laughed. "I believe I've frightened your wolf. My apologies."
"He's not scared," Jon said. He knelt and called out. "Ghost, come here. Come on. That's it."
The wolf pup padded closer and nuzzled at Jon's face, but he kept a wary eye on Tyrion Lannister, and when the dwarf reached out to pet him, he drew back and bared his fangs in a silent snarl. "Shy, isn't he?" Lannister observed.
Jon raised the hood of his heavy cloak and gave the horse her head. Castle Black was silent and still as he rode out, with Ghost racing at his side.
"The watch commander tells me I must walk, to keep my blood from freezing, but he never said how fast." They walked, with Ghost pacing along beside Jon like a white shadow. "I leave on the morrow," Tyrion said.
"I know." Jon sounded strangely sad.
Even when Ghost leapt up on the bed to nuzzle at his face, he could not shake his deep sense of terror. He dared not go back to sleep.
Devan was a skinny lad of some twelve years, brown of hair and eye. They found him frozen by the forge, hardly daring to move as Ghost sniffed him up and down. "He won't hurt you," Jon said, but the boy flinched at the sound of his voice, and that sudden motion made the direwolf bare his teeth. "No!" Jon said. "Ghost, leave him be. Away." The wolf slunk back to his ox bone, silence on four feet.
Devan looked as pale as Ghost, his face damp with perspiration. "M-my lord. His Grace c-commands your presence." The boy was clad in Baratheon gold and black, with the flaming heart of a queen's man sewn above his own.
(Don Juan gave this lion his own name, Austria, and day and night he did not leave his presence, as the faithful captain of his guard. He was always lying down before him and with his beard on the ground, he put his foot on him and, like a greyhound, grateful for such a favor, he kicked; He was eating at the table, and he ate what Don Juan gave him. And in the gallery, her skiff was his abode, and when he was on horseback he went at his stirrup, like a footman, and if on foot, behind, like a page. And perhaps if he got angry with someone and was going to lash out at him, a voice from don Juan, telling him: "Austria, be careful, go here" would put him at peace and go to lie down on his own bed)
«Este hermoso y raro animal, partido el señor don Juan hacia Flandes, fueron tantos los gemidos y aullidos que dio, que puso a todos los de este reino gran maravilla y espanto, hasta que de pura tristeza de la ausencia de su amo, vino a acabarse»
(This beautiful and rare animal, when Don Juan left for Flanders, gave so many moans and howls, that it amazed and frightened everyone in this kingdom, until, he died out of sheer sadness at the absence of his master)
