oc question: which oc has the biggest sweet tooth? And what are some of their go-to sweets? Do they hoard sweets or go out to share?

Sweet tooth, hm! I think some of my biggest sweet tooth characters would be Imekaari, Jioro, Matthias, and Ruan!
Imekaari in his travels loves to try the local cuisine, he's always lookiing for new foods he hasn't tried. But if he's lookiing for something familiar he tends toward fruit treats since he can usually at least guess how they'll taste! His favorite is mango, and he pretty much always buys enough to bring back to the squad~
Jioro loves cake, and will usually have a half-eaten one sitting somewhere in her workshop. No slices, just a platter and a fork! It is not for sharing no you can not have a bite.
Matthias doesn't know he has a sweet tooth and he has legitimately never eaten dessert style foods! He'll learn it a bit with Aildyn though (@ascalonianpicnic) <3
Ruan has a huge sweet tooth and loves caramel ice cream the most! Caramel is a big favorite of theirs, and they will always insist Camilla tries some of whatever they're having too. (camilla also belongs to AP lmao)

⢠Taomesin is missing half their body mass from various injuries throughout the plot! At this point literally half their total body has been removed in various ways, though thanks to becoming aureneâs scion theyâve been able to more recently regrow the missing pieces with opalescent crystals. Makes old wounds quite beautiful
⢠jioroâs research is funded by the Vigil, of all groups! Despite both the Durmand Priory and Order of Whispers vying for her research, she hated the competitive offers made by both groups. The Vigil snuck in and snatched her up through a simple grant offering her a grant for solo research on scarletâs remaining steam creatures out in the mountains. The promise of working alone caught her interest immediately.

She jolted up from the steam creature sheâd been digging through for parts, unaware sheâd have any attention this far up the mountains. In fact, sheâd intended to be left alone. Thatâs why sheâd just joined the Vigil, they promised her a grant to further study the steam creatures in an isolated location. â...can I help you?â
The sylvari standing in front of her was short, even by their standards, but stood with the stature of a soldier confident in his skills. âMy name is Laranthir. Iâve been sent here to check on you and see how your research is beginning. Donât worry, Iâll be out of your hair soon.â He reached a hand out to shake hers.
She briefly wipes her hands on her coat, layers of oil and grease smearing around as she hopes itâs not too rude to return the offer with a still dirty hand. âIâll show you to the workshop,â she clasps her hand in his and gives it a firm shake before turning to walk, âitâs just up this way.â
âWonderful!â The green sylvari seems unfazed by the grease that had likely smeared onto his own hand, simply quietly nodding at her to lead the way. Maybe this wouldnât be the worst meeting.

8. sunbathing
Tvelle stretches out in the sun, sighing happily. Itâs been so long since a summer celebration had come about and she hadnât seen the zephyrites in ages! But thankfully the Pact was between crises and finally she could take her boys out somewhere! Rhosill put up a fuss at first, something about the Zephyrites holding a grudge against him for working with Scarlet. But she assured him he could stay on the outskirts so long as he promised to show up and finally relax some too.
âHey Tvelle?â Rhosill called to her attention, pulling her from her daydreaming in the sun.
âYeah buddy?â
âI know youâre here to relax and you wana make sure I do too,â they both hear a snicker from Canach whoâs sitting next to them, âbut can you possibly sunbathe on a beach towel instead of my chest?â

Explosions ring out through the room, and Jioro heaves a heavy sigh as she trails Aqun through the chaos. She knew this would happen, knew tampering with unknown machinery would go wrong. Theyâd followed schematics of steam creatures for crying out loud!
Another explosion rings out, bombs they couldnât get to in time. Aqun and Roanna guard her back as she sets to work disarming another one. Itâs so loud and chaotic, why did she ever leave the mountain? These people who are too dumb to realise they were in over their heads with tampered machinery didnât even stop to think it could backfire! She mumbles curses under her breath, finally disarming another bomb before motioning to the others to move to the next one.

The celebration feels like itâs ben going on forever, but she wouldnât dare to tell them to cut it short. Laighe knows they need this, Elona needs some happiness after how much devastation has befallen this land.
Sh tries to have fun and putters around the room, making polite conversation with any who approach her. She hears âthank youâ more times than she likes, and âheroâ more times than she feels she deserves. None of this will matter when Kralkatorrik shows its face again.
A speech is requested, and while she tiredly tries to deny the request, sheâs somehow talked into doing it anyways. A confident smile crosses Laigheâs face as she steps up to the podium, an expression long-practiced, once sincere but now just for show. She speaks of victory, of safety and happiness, she encourages everyone to enjoy this time of peace. They deserve at least one night without fear after all.
She steps down, shaking hands of people telling her variations of âgood speechâ, before slipping away finally. She has no more obligations for the night, and she canât stand to celebrate any longer, sheâs barely holding together as it is.
Making sure she wasnât noticed as she steps out, Laighe makes her way back to the airship, to her quarters for the night. She locks the door behind her and lets out a deep sigh. Her composure finally falls, and so does she. Before everything goes dark she catches a glimpse of another place, just a moment of seeing the judge again, so she loses feeling in her body. And everything stops.
What is your favorite platonic relationship between  your OCs?
Tvelle, Odollumn, and Laighe have one hell of a sturdy friendship! They work closely together and trust each other unequivocally. Tvelle and Odollumn are a big part of why Laighe hasnât completely collapsed under her duty as commander. They all knew each other before the Pact had formed, Laighe and Odollumn meeting way back during time in the Grove and Laighe pulling her along on her adventure since Odollumn seemed uninterested in the Grove at large, Laighe and Tvelle met when the orders joined before the battle of Claw Island and they hit it off immediately as two very energetic and confident jocks.
What is your favorite familial relationship between your OCs?
Aqun and Jioro have one hell of a great mother/daughter relationship! Both have wonderful parents who love them, but in the field and their jobs they both are constantly far from those families. Aqun saw this amazing prodigy of a teen born figuring out the intricacies of Scarletâs steam creatures, and decided right then and there to make sure this kid both made it into the field to put her knowledge to work, and made it back out of the field unharmed. She respects jioroâs amazing work ethic and determination and often checks in on her now up in the mountains where her workshop is. Jioro in turn sees Aqun as an example to follow, with how confident and sure she is even when leading entire armies. Itâs helped Jioro dig her feet in a lot more on her own decisions and not get walked over for her young age and relatively small stature for a norn.
13: What kind of situations does your OC avoid the most?
Jioro avoids social events at all cost, she has major social anxiety and, despite helping to take down Scarlet while still in her teens, she really really doesnât want any part of the spotlight. Sheâs set up camp far in the mountains, where the remaining steam creatures roam, to further study and tinker with them. She doesnât like visitors.
