So my 1st piece of #stainlesssteel came in today!!! #CPM154 can't wait. Also 2 pieces of #G10. I gotta say, I went with #Jantz to try their #Blanchard cut, which I like, but this G10 is really scratched up. Never again, I usually buy from #alphaknifesupply, their G10 is bigger(& I guess better, no scratches), live and learn. I've bought from Jantz before, this is ridiculous (at Vienna, Virginia)

Text message from my dad after telling him he should go to Bagel Tyme:  I heard a Boulangerie is moving into the Blockbuster building on the corner of Olive & R. I hope that doesn't hurt Bagel Tyme's business. Jantz is expanding to the old Piano cafe location, too. The counter-balancing bad news is that unemployment is up to 17% and crime increase of 25% over 2011. So if you have a job and can avoid being robbed or killed, you have two new places to eat in Merced. (Until we put 'em out of business)
