So I'm pretty sure the problem is the AC is too strong with my #stencils. This #etch came out perfect cause I only used DC voltage. Also, I started with my 1st piece of #CPM154 and it is just as hard on sawblades as #D2. I already ruined a new blade, so all my cuts have to be straight and I gotta be careful pushing the #knife as I cut.
