Since the Combat Patrol was actually owned by someone previously some of these models were built and one was painted. Saved me some time, but I still had to put a majority of it together. I got a good deal for it though since the guy was kinda just trying to get rid of it.

I'm kind of surprised that this box has so may Khorne Berzerkers in it. Feels a little unfair when I look at it compared to some of the others Combat Patrols. Khorne Berzerkers are no joke in combat. Unsure how they would actually play in Combat Patrol, but that's not up for me to experience since these aren't mine to play with. I'm just painting them.

I also went out of my way to get and slightly modify a Master of Executions for my friends army. It's a pretty solid model for the army and I was able to get my hands on one at my local Warhammer store. So I don't see why not. Also kinda just wanted to paint the model.

I'm not sure how exactly I'm going to go about painting these guys, but I have three fully painted currently. I've also started working on all the armor on the Berzerkers as well. So I'm making some progress on all of the models slowly. I'm still kind of unsure what would be considered too much or too little blood. This will be a balancing act when I get to doing the blood effects on all the models. Let's see how I do once the whole group of models is done.

I think it’s high time to post my total collection of Mad Max-inspired Warhammer paint jobs and kitbashes. In order:

1-2: War Boys made from world eater jakhals

3-4: Rock Riders made from Ash Waste Nomads and GSC Atalan bikers

5-6: The Waaagh! Rig, a war rig made from the Necromunda ridgehauler and plenty of Ork bitz

7: The Rokka Box, a Doof Wagon made from a battlewagon, extra Ork bitz, and Legos. Fun fact: the central speaker is real and works!
