If Sansa's kidnapping theory turns out to be true it actually could be Jaime who could save her... I mean, if Cersei kidnap her because she's still blaming Sansa for Joffrey's death and will want to punish her, Jaime would be the only one who knows the truth, who knows that this punishment is unjust and, maybe, the one who stop Cersei. Maybe he even kill Cersei defending Sansa... Maybe, even by sacrificing himself... Or will be deadly injured (in the fight with mountain or somehow else)... Just imagine: Cersei is dead (or hard injured), Jaime is dying on Sansa's hands:
jaime: maybe this is my destiny - to be a kingslayer... maybe... everything how it should be...
sansa: *crying* don't say like that....
jaime: oh... I just... don't want to be remembered... as a kingslayer... this time... I... I want... to be remembered... as a queen's savior...*stares Sansa in the eyes*
sansa: *starting crying harder*

And here Jon can appear. Cersei is dead. Mountain is dead. Jaime is dead. Sansa is crying. (I'm crying). Jon... understands nothing...
