Okay so summarizing my notes (because they are a bit of a mess haha)
There is a distinct hierarchy within the deities/deity-touched entities: God-Touched (Priests, Prophets, ect.) > Demigods (Mortal/Deity hybrids) > Lesser Gods (Deities who only have one domain; the highest that a mortal can become) > Great Gods (Deities who have two domains) > Greater Gods (Deities who have three domains) > The Gaians (Deities who have four domains) > The Big Five (Deities who have five domains) > Fleetway (The Creator God, has seven domains)
Now, going from largest to smallest!
Fleetway is the deity who created the Morphian species as a whole and is the deity of Creation (Living Creatures), Life, Madness, Prophecy, Psionics, Retribution, and Sense of Self! A lot of his iconography involves spirals as well as the color combination of yellow and red.
Then there's The Big Five, which consists of Chaos, Ignis, Ixis, Mephiles, and Solaris.
Chaos is the deity who created the Chao and is heavily associated with echidnas and is the deity of the Sea, Fertility, Water, Watery death, and Patience. A lot of their iconography involves emeralds as well as the color combination of sky blues, pinks, and greens.
Ignis is the deity who is heavily associated with the Flamma Kingdom and tropical species and is the deity of Fire, Chaos, Earth, Earthquakes, and Passion. A lot of his iconography involves flames and fire as well as the color combination of red, orange, yellow, and green.
Ixis is the deity who created the Zeti and is associated with more "grotesque" species and is the deity of Death, Decay, Bones, Undeath, and Hope. A lot of his iconography is skulls and armor as well as the color combinations of dark purple and black.
Mephiles is the deity who is associated with the Lunar Kingdom and is the deity of War, the Moon, Destiny, Gluttony, and Shadow. His iconography includes moons while his colors are indigo, purple, red, and green.
And the finally, out of the Great Five, is Solaris, who is associated with Solaria and Soleanna as well as avian species and is the deity of the Sun, Sky, Gold, Peace, and Nobility. His iconography includes...well, suns, and his colors are yellow, orange, and white!
The Gaians are next and the final of the "major" gods, with there being six of them: Aether, Somneus, Tenebris, Mechan, Phantom, and Time Keeper!
Aether, also sometimes known as Light Gaia and nicknamed as "Chip" by a certain hedgehog, is associated with most mammals and is the deity of the The Harvest, Light, Healing, and Renewal! His iconography is usually beams of light and sunrises and his colors are white, teal, green, and dark pink!
Somneus, also sometimes known as Black Doom, is associated with Nightmaren and Phobaron, also known as Black Arms, and is the deity of The Unknown, Dream, Twilight, and Fear. His iconography is usually clouds and his colors are dark purple, dark pink, and red.
Tenebris, also sometimes known as Dark Gaia, is associated with nighttime creatures and is the deity of Livestock, Darkness, Love, and Envy. Its iconography is usually eyes and moonrises and its colors are dark purple, dark green, neon pink, and neon seafoam green.
Mechan is associated with robots and is the deity of Creation (Artificial Beings), Craft, Mechanisms, and Metal! His iconography is usually gears and his colors are silver and green.
Phantom, temporarily sealed into the Phantom Ruby, has no sort of inherent association but is a deity of Reality, Knowledge, Illusion (because tumblr's font can be ass: it's i-LL-usion) and Deception. Its iconography is reversed spirals and its colors are pinks and purple.
And the final of the Gaians and the "major" gods is Time Keeper, known in its rage form as Time Eater, is a deity associated with "unconventional" species and is the deity of...well, Time, as well as Temperance, Planning, and Order.
And now, we get into the large amount of gods who don't have solid iconography or associations, so they're going to be in larger clumps, but still in their own tiers.
In the Greater Gods, we have Dexe (Theatre, Arts, and Acting), Frogymandias (Travel, Fish[ing], and Trade), Kolossos (Corruption, Tyranny, and Souls), Illumina (Memory, Endurance, and Diplomacy), Lord X (Luck, Charm, and Fortune), Majin (Cycles, Greed, and Pride), Time Waster (Sloth, Stagnation, and Apathy), and Zip (Language, Trickery, and Inspiration)
In the Great Gods (GREAT GOD GROVE REF??? /silly [for real we HAVE been playing it so that genuinely might effect our Pantheon /hj]), we have ??? [We have not named this one but] (Teeth, Blindness), Argus (Protection, Guardianship), End (Apocalypse, Destruction), Feist (Physics, Entertainment), Lumina Flowlight (Humour, Swords), Prime (Obedience, Paradox), The Sailor (Alcohol, Sailing), Void (Hatred, Flowers), and Xenophanes (Eclipses, Glory).
And finally, in the Lesser Gods, we have Ages (Progress), Amo (Arcana), Ariem (Daydreams), Arte (Body), Aurora (Community), Bond (Relationships), Butcher (Hunt[ing]), Chaotic (Vengeful Death), Chimera (Torment), Count (Skill), Dell (Mind), Fatal (Mistakes), Hex (Repose), Ifrit (Fate), Maggot (Wrath), Null (Boundaries), Order (Law), Second Devourer (Balance), Siren (Direction), Sleight (Theft), Steed ([Competitive] Races), Swindle (Lies), and Tikal (Freedom).
While from Greater Gods and lower are up for changes, anything above is incredibly set in stone, with the most changes just being their names and possibly their domains!
