I genuinely should have had the foresight to put dates on this - but just know I’ve had this for 12 years at least and checked in maybe once every 3 or so...so now i’m 30, it’s 2022. I still struggle (deeply) with myself, but for the first time I refuse to say those words to or about myself. On rare occasion I can even say “I love myself” - although typing that just now was hard. it’s a process, but it’s really good to know theres been progress.
