Because everyone else posts food photos, I'll post my takeaway from last night, went to collect my pizza from Pizza Hut. They do Vegan Cheese Peeps! I still don't like the texture of onion cooked so I'll miss that next time, but it was lovely. I have been a bit naughty the last week or so, so I'm going to need to pick myself up and work hard in the gym, and eat right. Leave the pizza for once a month, or one takeout each month. Still there are plenty of alternatives now, and makeable ones too. I definitely want to try making cauliflower pizza, and also using a protein flour like pea flour perhaps to make my own protein rich breads.
