#cosplaydetails 1 - Snow White. Blue bodice full of beads, sequins and lace. Gold swirls and flowers at the front all hand beaded by me. Sleeve ribbons custom dyed and then the gold ribbon was gathered and hand sewn down to each edge and then each pearl was attached. Little apple necklace also sculpted out of clay and covered with Swarovski crystals and a little green beaded leaf. Hands down probably the most time and detail work I've ever put into a cosplay. Photo by @argun.tekant 2018 2 - Hawkgirl mock 4. 82 individual pieces seem into this small bodysuit. That's not even including the individual leather 'feathers' adorning the front. Each of which were edge ditched and individually stitched to the chest. The bodysuit was custom patterned and designed by me. The cronal accelerator was constructed fully out of eva and cushion foam them covered in worbla. The complex shapes and the lighting makes this one of my favorite cosplays to wear. And all the detail painting on the armor and the aging was rendered to match the 2D character design to a T. My jacket was also made from scratch and then painted to make it look destressed. That translucent sword and shield 💖💖 with glitter and stars embedded in the resin to give it that extra space infused magic. Not to mention the chest emblem made from foam and thibra and hand painted. The bracelets made the same way to mimic the glow stick bracelets that Steven and Connie wore when they fuse. And of course the lace sleeves that have over 100 individually seem on pearls. I brought a lot of Nerikomi ceramics home with me from Japan. The technique is super cool and a new addition to Yonobi. Nerikomi, which is an artistic technique for creating colored and pattern full Japanese pottery. The name derives from the traditional technique of creating patterns with colored clay. The technique is also called neriage (練上げ). This beautiful plate, which is already sold (cried a little), is handmade by artist @takako.nishioka.
