I didn’t see an extended scene in this episode but after watching both HBO and BBC versions, I think I’ve found the scene that’s a little different and that’s because they’ve mixed the order around, I’m uploading a video of it and I’ll try to explain better lol!

i've been pondering my gender identity and it's possible that i'm not cisgender,
i really have no idea though :/
i relate a lot to some stuff demiboys talk about feeling, but i haven't had the "oh my God that's me" realization that i did when i learned about my mental disorder(s)
also, i'm not sure if i relate to demiboys and he/theys because my gender isn't entirely all man or if it's just that i feel so distant from society's perception of a man...
i'm gonna keep on pondering and maybe one day i'll have an answer.
if i do end up discovering myself more and identifying as a demiboy, i know it'll be something i keep closer than my gayness, which may be influencing how i don't fully identify with it

It's probably ok for certain kinds of professionals to decline to serve certain clients on the basis of personal chemistry, but not other kinds of professionals? Although in practice that might very well mean that certain kinds of professionals get to discriminate in ways that others don't.
But I have certainly heard of, for instance, therapists who say that they don't work with clients they don't like, and will refer those clients to other therapists instead. And that seems fine?
But a piano teacher who refuses to give private lessons to students whom they just don't "click" with does not seem fine, probably...
Dio's voiceover in the trailer states his stand is what becomes the green baby, not himself nor does he call it any sort of rebirth. I read part 6 a long time ago, was this how it always was or am I mistaken? I thought it was stated Dio was being reincarnated.
The words in the voiceover are verbatim what Dio says in his journal in Stone Ocean. The green baby’s the “new thing” created by Dio’s Stand (by way of Dio’s finger bone) absorbing the souls of 36 sinners.
