Looking back, Harry can differentiate the stages of it. It started with conscious eating, with trying to know exactly what was in his food and not wanting to put garbage into his body. Gradually, he started to work out more. And then came the restricting, where he slowly reeled back on carbs and fatty foods and sugar. But it wasn't too bad yet. All it was was thinking extra hard about his food choices and avoiding certain things. It was okay.

FINISHED WITH MY SEMESTER!
Turned in my last precalculus assignment and the last four homework assignments for biology. Now, just waiting for my grades which will probably come out before the new year.
I worked really hard on my precal and he said I'm one of his best students he's had in the last 25 years of teaching. He also said I should have no problems becoming an engineer- I completely disagree with him, but all right lol.
Going to Star Wars tonight! Basketball/Travel day tomorrow; then heading to North Dakota or Miles City on Sunday. I'm feeling pretty good about everything right now :)
