We've seen Devi date Paxton, Des, we're going to see her date Ethan, yet we haven't seen her be in an official relationship with Ben yet, and we know he is going to be dating Margot at the very beginning of the season which is confirmed by script leaks to cause angst between them and you expect me to believe Benvi isn't getting endgame? every season we see them be in a will they won't they situation, but after every season finale it leads back to them. We don't hear much of the feelings they have for the other much, except for a couple times. They have seen each other at the worst, and their best. They've been there for each other through a lot, and even Maitreyi said Ben is a safe space for Devi because of all these things. He seen her at her worst, her best, and he still likes her for who she is. They’re getting that endgame, it’s pretty clear.

and anyone saying it’s weird to have a doctor x yaz plot is obviously not much of a dw fan because ‘hot young woman companion falling for the doctor’ is literally one of the most common dw plots that they use over and over again, just because you can’t even imagine the blindingly obvious outside of your heterosexual bubble doesn’t mean the show is doing anything out of the ordinary, it just means you totally lack the ability to even think outside of your own sphere of existence.
