Umi’s hair is like a Jellyfish’s tentacles, they are armed with tiny stinging cells that can paralyse anyone for a span of 10 minutes. Her skin is also bio-luminescent which means that she can produce her own light from any part of her body in dark situations.  

Downside:

The more she uses her hair to paralyse someone, she also can become paralysed as an after affect for a short time. She also has to be careful of how much she lights herself up as the longer she’s using it the more tired she gets.
