I finally got around to redesigning Magolor's papa and finally have a design for his siblings....
Malik was a father of three kits whom he loved dearly...one of them was Magolor who was the youngest and runt of the litter. Malik spent a lot of time trying to provide for his family he did this as working as a Historian who specialized in studying The Ancients. Malik had always found The Ancients to be such a fascinating subject and society, he contributed a lot into the research and study of these beings. So much so that back on home he was well known and respected. That was until one day he vanished sometime after his children left home. No one has heard from him or seen him at all. Many speculated that he is no longer alive...but others say otherwise.Β
When he was still around he was described as a very smart and ambitious being. Besides being someone who was dedicated to his work he was very much a family oriented being who loved his children and his beloved wife Kiki.Β
Meleph is currently a librarian back home. They were always the quietest of the siblings and the most reserved. But despite this Meleph enjoys their job surrounded by books from varying eras of their home planet. Meleph often dreams to become a wonderful author just like the ones from the countless books that they've read within the library.
Meleph is described as distant and quiet in nature does tend to have a dry sense of humor and is sarcastic. But despite this Meleph loves their siblings dearly and looks out for them.
Mimosa is a jewelry artisan who also does enchantments to all the jewelry she makes. She had been making jewelry from a young age and aspired to make a living off of her art. Mimosa has spent many years growing her small business and now lives comfortably in a city not to far from her hometown.
Mimosa is very playful and loves to crack jokes, an energetic mage who loves deeply. She is known to be very passionate about her interests, though at times she can hyperfocus on her interests that she loses track of time or forgets things.

About Magolors species...
I headcanon them coming from a culture that is founded upon Magic. It is very common to see magicians and mages practicing magic of all kinds here.
They are feline-like who vary in fur patterns and textures
They live on a warmer planet, so often times they wear loose and flowy robes made of light fabrics, they also wear hoods or hats to protect themselves as well.
A lot like Sand Cats, they can live without drinking water weeks at a time due to the environment they're used to.
They are capable to seeing in the dark with ease.
They have sharp claws and teeth.
They have really good hearing that can detect any noise from a far enough distance compared to a human.

Anywayyyy happy pride month to Parley from The Moth Crown who is a bisexual agender trans man (he/him) in a fantasy setting that really doesn't vibe with that.
He does not have a partner and won't in the book, but his transness is discussed to an extent. He tries to hide it from the other main characters (it's none of their business anyway) and from the school he's enrolled in for his own safety. There are a lot of varying opinions on sexuality and gender in the world of The Moth Crown, and the university Parley attends isn't the most accepting (and racist, which also works against him here). The rest of the main cast (Aveline, Marion, Kam/Carlisle) accepts him for the most part (Carlisle has the hardest time with it) and it's not a major plot point, but it acknowledges some of the struggles of trans people and the fact that they can exist anywhere at any time and it's not a problem or that person's entire character. In short, trans people exist and that's it.
In fact, the transness isn't even as big a deal in the story as his implied neurodivergence, with him having several breakdowns and odd habits largely based on my own experiences.
