First colour and pattern test for my oc redesign >w<

If you wanna redesign my OC, Locust, here are the ideas I want to change / stay. I'll take a lot of redesigns from friends (if you all would like to draw them haha) and then probably decide on one. So yeah :]

- new name: Mantis

- new pronouns: unsure, but for the most part it'll use it/its (also it's still intersex)

- new sexuality: tbd, but probably mogai terms, micro labels, etc etc

- new species: still 100% hivewing

- new color palette: I want a main color of it to be some shade of green. Besides that, go crazy

Personality / backstory will mostly stay the same. If you'd like to read that (I would recommend it!), here is my post and then here is Locust's main WHA post.

Everything else is free game btw 👍 change it as much or as little as you want (tho I would prefer if you just went fucking crazy with it LOL)

I present… the creatures!

Yeah, so I got hyper-focused and ended up finishing them in only about four hours, which is way faster than how I do most of my designs. I blame Jolene’s frickin’ dress for most of my time spent on these guys though, it took me too damn long to find something I liked! Even then I’m not completely 100% satisfied with it. Ofra was surprisingly easier to do and I expected him to be the harder one to do.

But anyway, thank you for letting me design your OCs in my style! You’re a really cool person that I hope to gain the confidence of one day. I might do more with more creators if I end up getting addicted (which probably will happen let’s be honest).

Bonus: I’ve also offered some cross-universe OC interactions that I thought would fit. In case anyone’s curious of their names from left to right, it goes Melody, Sphinx, Ziki (with bonus Sticks), Violet, and Charlotte.
