Dinner tonight was a one dish chicken meal from my new cookbook Bethlehem from @ipgbook (sponsored) I improvised a little by adding a zucchini - this time of year zucchini to into almost every dinner! It was delicious. The recipe called for allspice and coriander so the yurt smelled heavenly while it was cooking.
