Aha! I have finally finished all the redraws/redesigns of Emil's officers! Now I just need to ink and color them....
From left to right, we have:

Mercy Wright, Gunner
Embarr, Bo'sun
Tafari, Navigator and brother-in-law (he's Mary's brother!)
Etienne, Carpenter/cooper
Finn, Cook
Sorley, Topman and scout
I wrote more about them on instagram, but I'm too lazy to type up their mini bios here. Just know that Killer and Tafari aren't the biggest fans of Jack, Sorley can turn into a Northern Gannet, and Embarr belongs to Mercy.

A drunken English soldier accidentally giving away Francis Drake's planned ambush on the Spanish silver train at Venta Cruces in February 1573. Drake's expedition had trekked through the jungle to attack the train as it left from Panama City, capturing several mules laden with silver before escaping. Art by the great Angus McBride.
