Didn’t practice outside today because there are 15 guys pouring concrete for a new bike path just below me. It’s loud, a little dusty and just not the best practice environment. So today I get to show off my updated yoga space, and not so much my practice because camera angles are hard. New air plants, new money tree, waiting on a basket for Mr.Money tree. Moving my morning practice to the balcony has been a good choice. There may be construction noises and a pup running around but the morning sun has been giving me life. Posting on Instagram hasn’t felt right for me recently. I have been trying to focus on myself and trying to get away from my phone whenever I can. But I have also noticed my at home practice dwindle a little bit. When I saw this challenge come up I wanted to join because I have been wanting to get back into my inversion practice.
