As for vocal/speech patterns.. I’d probably recommend focusing on Mercury and where it’s placed, any aspects being made to it or where virgo/gemini is on the chart (ruling which houses) as a way to start? 💓💕 The condition of Mercury might be important (i.e. Sagittarius detriment in Mercury) and technically, the 3rd house’s significations would include thoughts and communication (amongst other things) so checking the condition of the ruling planets of the house might also be something to briefly look into as well
