I think it would be so goddamn funny for the reader who was sent to heaven when they died to bond with Lute to the point where they confess their love, and they know the connection isnt one-sided.

HOWEVER Lute is disgusted and denies any queer bone in her body, saying that its sinful and wrong, and outs her to be sent to hell. HOWEVER HOWEVER, the reader is super self confident and gets through it w ease.

During the hearing she defends queer rights to be in heaven but the council try to counter w "God is all knowing and his rules are correct, good and absolute."

Reader counters that by pointing out that SHE GOT INTO HEAVEN AND IS STILL THERE! So either god knows shes wlw till she dies... again... and still thought her worthy, OR he doesnt quite know everything, can make mistakes, and by extension his rules can be mistakes.

That puts a jam in proceedings long enough to need a few more days to deliberate.

While thats happening Lute is compelled to seek out Reader and berate them for their actions (in her hidden mind, its more because shes upset things are fucked now, its ruined their quiet, peaceful, unspoken dynamic, and shes scared of what may happen to Reader even though SHE snitched out of obligation or duty, whatever).

During this, the Reader stands their ground smiling in a way that INFURIATES Lute. She gets very homophobic in her rants, but Reader knows what shes going through bc she went through it on Earth. She explains this and that even though Lute may not want it, she forgives her and still loves her, and she knows Lute loves her too. Why else would she be here if she didnt care?

That REALLY pisses Lute off who flies into a whirlwind of denial. Reader is like, "Oh really?" And starts to list all the moments where Lutes feelings leaked. Little touches that last too long, gestures, looks, blushes, uncharacteristically kind behaviours, reactions to Reader. Lute goes red and still denies it. Reader moves in a little, "So, you wouldn't care if i hugged you one last time? My FRIEND? You would feel anything?" Lute is determined to prove her wrong and lets her. "And you wouldn't feel anything if i kissed your cheek...? like Jesus did for Judas...?"

Lute shoves her away, berating again for trying that gay shit on her, and Reader points out that Lute is either insinuating that Jesus was gay for Judas, or that a simple kiss was possibly able to stir wlw feelings in her.

Lute walks right into the snare, and as things escalate the next long while is spent with Reader slowly riling Lute up and they get more and more intimate, Reader determined to have Lute admit her feelings and Lute determined to never give in.

Please imagine Reader eating Lute out in a gaol cell/her room with a shit eating grin thats covered in slick like, "So... you feel nothing right now...?" While Lute looks fucking WRECKED above her and trying to fight her growing orgasm back with a snarl despite her shaking, tense form having its fingers LOCKED in the Reader's hair and head in a vice between her thighs.

Eventually Lute is walking out of that cell/room like...
