See I've been thinking about that but I feel like if I used MC in that series, I would put words and actions into a lot of readers' mouth far beyond the usual fanfiction need....

I also feel like I'd just use what I personally would do and that just screams projection lol

Adding hypnotic triggers as notification sounds.

Say phone text notifications: could be one sound for arousal, making you need to decide it and look normal as you try to answer while in public. Could be one sound for gaining your full attention to the source and unable to think of anything else for a bit, rather effective nofication which has both positives and negatives

Say morning alarm sounds: one that instantly puts you under hypnosis, ready for your partner to start the day off doing as they wish with you. One to wake yourself up faster. One to make you in whatever way your partner wants make you wake them up like cuddles or something, making you their alarm clock.

The trope where someone breaks a leg and thinks they witness a neighbor killed someone

And it would be really funny if Perry is that guy

Like I'm just imagining Doof getting spam of text messages from Perry in the middle of the night since he panicking because he saw something, and Doof being the straight man of the episode surprisingly because Perry can't do anything with his broken leg so he can't figure out what's really happening on his own letting his imagination go off the deep end for this one.

I honestly want to see a little bit of a dynamic swap of the two for at least one episode

Okay I think I get what you’re saying

So you’d like to see an episode where Perry breaks his leg in an accident or while fighting Doof (maybe he falls off the building) and thinks he sees the neighbors like burying a “dead body” in their garden or something shaped like one and he’s like home alone/on bed rest or everyone’s asleep so he can’t go check it out himself

He’d likely try to contact Major Monogram and Carl at first but they either don’t answer because they’re asleep or aren’t any help. Then he might try Stacy since I think she might live nearby(?) but she’s probably having a girls night with Candace or something

Then that leaves Perry to either drag himself out with a broken leg or try contacting one more person he knows which would be Doof

And while this does sound interesting I wonder how reliable Doof would be when he has to be the levelheaded one out of the two since Perry’s freaking out a bit and I also question if Perry would want Doof to come near the Flynn-Fletcher’s house since he shouldn’t know where Perry lives (I’ve seen a theory that he gets his mind wiped whenever he does or gets close to knowing) unless this is a neighbor that’s not too close to their house? The neighborhood is pretty big from what we’ve seen

But hey maybe Doof brings Norm along or ropes Vanessa into the situation?
