Baby Food: Sabudana Kheer: We all know that babies digestive system is immature so giving them something healthy and packed with all nutrients, calcium and energy becomes the first priority of parents. Tapioca or Sago is one of them. It’s benefit is its ability to cure general digestive ailments including constipation, indigestion, bloating and flatulence. It helps in gaining baby weight, also helps in muscle development. It’s an excellent summer food as well as Ayurveda says that it helps regulate the body's temperature. You can make sabudana vada or khichadi or may be kheer depending upon the age of baby and it’s eating choice. If your baby like sweet kheer is the best option. So let’s quickly go through the ingredients and process to make Sabudana Kheer. Ingredients: 1 handful of sabudana Milk for the kheer approx 2 cups Sugar as required 5-6 Saffron strands (optional) Process: Soak the sabudana overnight. Next day clean it with fresh water. Heat milk in a pan and let it boil for about 5 mins. Add the sabudana and saffron strands and cook until it turns soft. Lastly add sugar as required, best is to keep less sugar. Let this cool down before you serve it to your baby. Hope you liked my recipe. Do try this recipe not just for babies but this is very good for adults too. Share it with your friends and family. Eat healthy and stay healthy. See you all soon with another great and delicious recipe. . . . . #instagram #recipes #instagramrecipes #baby #babies #healtyfood #healthybaby #healthyrecipes #babyfood #babyfoodrecipes #india #indian #indianfoodrecipes #indianbabyfood #sabudana #sabudanakheer https://www.instagram.com/p/B9mm9AOn6dp/?igshid=1bnmulpjy6x5a
