23.) fics you wanted to write but didn’t

Well, there are lots of ideas floating inside my head and not enough time to write them all down >.< Like for real, do you know how many +50k fics I already finished in my mind without even producing one single word in real life??

So yeah, it’ll probably take too much time listing everything I haven’t written (yet). But a few examples maybe?

My “Dragonheart” AU, for instance, with Dean as a former knight forming an alliance with the last dragon, Castiel, to scheme off money from people. I’m still super motivated to write that one rather sooner than later >.<

Then (probably) an one shot with Dean regularly helping an elderly lady in his apartment building who in return always tells colorful stories about her nice and blue-eyed grandson - who, of course, decides to visit someday ;p

I also had some FBI!au in my mind, giving Victor Hendriksen a bigger role in this one because I seriously love that guy and would like to explore his potential.

So yeah, there’s a lot I haven’t come around to write this year because sadly real life and all that crap has been standing in my way >.< But damn, I want to write them all!!!

After Sam and Dean are arrested, Castiel is left alone and scrambling to find them. He knows they’re locked away in a government facility, and he’s still able to hear their prayers, but no matter how he tries Castiel can’t seem to track them. He chases leads and even attempts to hunt on his own, but Mary is AWOL, Crowley refuses to help, and Castiel’s options are running out.

Weeks pass, Castiel’s hope dwindles, and through it all Dean prays, keeping them connected. His voice is comforting, frustrating, and occasionally annoying, but in his solitude Castiel comes to cherish it. But then one day, without warning, Dean stops praying, and Castiel is forced to confront some uncomfortable truths about his feelings.

The briefing was simple: ‘Stand guard over the Michael Sword until the battle is ready to commence. Await further instructions.’

Castiel doesn’t mind working security duty; he was briefed shortly after the initial salvation of the Sword from the pit, and again before taking up his position. He knows what to do. However, it’s easy to forget that the green room isn’t real. Time moves differently there, the space ever-changing to make a prison of mountains, cathedrals, salt flats, orchards, and whatever Castiel was led to believe about Heaven’s greatest weapon—Dean Winchester is something entirely unexpected.

2: Talk about your first kiss.

Ah well, my first kiss, what can I say? I was 13 years old and was going on a very exotic school trip to the rainy hills of Wales with my short-time best mate. She was flirting on and off with the school Bad Boy (or one of, also coincidentally the head masters son) and wanted to have her first practice snog before the trip where she’d inevitably end up kissing him. I also wanted to ‘get it over and done with’ so we came to the hearty handshake of being each others first kiss. She came over one evening after school and we very badly kissed sitting on my bed (there was a lot of teeth). She left and strangely we had a good bye snog at the door which was much nicer. I like to imagine my neighbour looking out at exactly that point and seeing two 13 year old girls snogging in my doorway.

17: Talk about someone you want to be friends with.

Mm, this is a tough question, no one springs to mind. I think I often feel like I fail at creating new friends, or close friends which can be frustrating to a point but I am ultimately independent and that’s good too (if not somewhat lonely). Obviously it would be lovely to be able to reach out to more people on here, actually meet people, make friends I could chat about fandoms to. 

32: Talk about a place you remember from your childhood.

K - What character has your favorite development arc/the best development arc?

cas, I think, because his arc is just so big and I love it so much. claire’s too, though; hers just makes a lot of sense as she grows up and i love her. and sam and dean’s relationship, even though it’s not a character :p ALSO CROWLEY fuck me up
