GROW BABY GROW!!! Sorry if it's not the best angle. I don't have a workout buddy to film me so I had to McGuyver it. Used a stool then set up a weight on it and then put my phone up to it. I looked like an idiot but who cares. I killed my biceps tonight. Really feeling that pump. I have decided to switch to one muscle group a day 6 days a week instead of breaking it up. I'm switching up my nutrition so we will see how that effects these #gains. Haha. I like being able to see my progress through the months. Right here I'm doing Cable Curls with the rope. I always do two warm up sets and then blast the bi's. Keep it at a steady and controlled pace. Making sure I'm not using other muscles to lift the weight, so I engage my upper back to put more stress on the muscle I'm working out. Don't care how much I'm lifting. As long as I'm getting a good workout, everyone else can do their own thing. Easier said than done. Lol.
