#incorrect choices

Lark loved being Beckett’s boyfriend - most of the time. He loved making him blush and stutter and shy all of the sudden with only his words. And because Lark had no filter in his mouth or brain and was constantly saying whatever was on his mind it so happened Beckett was a blushing mess any time they were together. 

And you could say that their relationship had three stages: one, where Lark was teasing Beckett all the time, one where Beckett was trying to keep his cool and was his usual strict and kinda douchey self and one, when they were alone, where both of were super comfortable with each other. Lark loved them all but it was obvious that the first one was his absolute favourite. But that morning he had to deal with the usual Beckett.

Now, a few hours later in the day, he was sitting with Shreya enjoying his lunch when he remembered what happened before classes. He took a sip of his water and turned to face Shreya.

“Beckett gave me a get better soon card today,” Lark said out of the blue.

“That’s... nice of him?” Shreya wasn’t really sure how she was supposed to react to that information.

“Oh, I wasn’t sick, he just thought I could be doing a better job,” Lark explained, chuckling.

“That sounds more like Beckett.” Shreya agreed, rolling her eyes. “Can you remind me again why are you dating him?”

“Hey, that’s how he shows he cares... in his own ‘beckett’ way.”

“If you say so...” Shreya shook her head.
