That’s all. Maybe this weekend and next week I can get my life/training back on track.

Got my 1 hour zone 2 run in this morning before work. It was low 30s overnight and chilly this morning made it easy to stay in zone 2. Overall a good run and the start to a horribly busy day.

Credit to @thefulltimeamateur : to a few weeks ago while putting the finishing touches on our training. A half-dozen of us heading to Louisville jumped in with the Open Water Swim club for a great . Always fun to employ some race tactics in a training swim...lots of drafting and paceline swimming for me on this day.
