Day 5 Favourite Hydration. Not gonna lie that's the weirdest question and I hope you mean drink. At Five Guys lakeside they have Caffeine Free Diet Cherry Vanilla coke and it's the bomb. I'd prefer Pepsi hence my pic is Pepsi. In the UK, we have literally caffeine free diet Coke or Pepsi or stores own brand. That's it. It's bullshit. I love Pepsi but being caffeine sensitive I can't have more than maybe a 200ml glass or two max. Or one cup of coffee I can push to 2 but three there is a 50:50 chance of a migraine, vertigo attack and with a chronic illness that gives one tons of pain and fatigue it's just not worth it.
