Good morning and happy Sunday! Today is self care Sunday so today this is my self care! What’s yours? I have been on a journey of discovery. I'm learning how to become the best version of myself. I've developed an attitude of gratitude and forgiveness but the one person I have find hard to forgive is myself. So today I forgive myself for believing I’m not good enough . I forgive myself for thinking I'm a failure. I forgive myself for not showing me the love I deserve. I forgive myself for doubting who I am. I forgive myself for not comforting me when I'm scared or sad. I forgive myself for all the mean things I say to myself like “You’re ugly, you talk too much, you're too fat, you're weak”. I forgive myself for allowing others to make me feel inadequate. I forgive myself for all the doubt and settling for far less than I deserve. I forgive myself for being silent when I should have stood up for me . I forgive myself for attacking others through my pain and anger and blaming them for the things I've allowed.
