I took notes and watched the immense power and smoothness of his transverse abdominis. . Since lock down, I've been training the lower girdle and hip flexibility. These have always been my weak spots, even in dance. A weak lower core and powerful legs are a waste for movement and control. . As I age, I've realized how important the core and the lower girdle is for movement in general. Wasn't it Pilates who stated 'age is reflected in the flexibility of the spine'? .
