Was put in charge of Christmas dinner this year and I think I did quite a good job. 1) Spaghetti pomodoro with Parmesan cheese. Seriously, the pomodoro sauce is the easiest sauce to make!!! 2) Pork loin marinated with herbs, veggies rolled with turkey bacon, and mashed potatoes with cream cheese (the tatoes were to die for!!! 😋) 3) Apples, peaches, raisins and walnuts sweet salad with a sauce made with cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese and a dash of nutmeg.
